e-mail:                               Preheat oven to 350º F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a
                                       large bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on high speed for 30 seconds. Add granulated sugar             and brown sugar; beating until combined. Beat in egg, vanilla extract and orange emulsion and
                                           mix until well combined, about 2 minutes. Beat in flour mixture, just until combined. Stir
                                              in oats, chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and toffee pieces. Drop dough by rounded
                                                 tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until
                                                    lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes. Transfer to wire
                                                         rack and cool completely.
