					This pH meter is for:
   1. High Salt Concentration (>1 M)
   2. (NH4)2SO4 Solutions
   3. Viscous and Turbid Protein solutions
* Please replace the solution inside the electrode whenever you apply the above
solutions on this pH meter or the response has become sluggish

Instructions:
* The refill hole (on the top of electrode) should remain open when it is in use.
** Always check the log when you use the pH meter.

Calibration:
1. If you are the first person to use this pH meter today, please do calibration
2. If the previous user at the same day calibrated the pH meter at a different range,
  you have to calibrate too

How to Calibrate (Always use FRESH calibration solutions):
 (1) Immerse the electrode into pH 7 standard solutions.
 (2) Adjust the “standard” wheel on the panel for the reading to be 7
 (3) Go to next calibrating pH value by repeating steps (1) and (2)
***If the unadjusted pH reading is too far from the correct value, please change the
filling solution in electrode and calibrate again. If the situation remains, please contact
Yu-Chia.

Storage: When the electrode is not in use, the electrode should be placed in the
storage solutions, which should be pH 4 or 7 standard solutions or saturated KCl
solutions

Replacing filling solution in the electrode:
1. Drain the electrolyte using transferring pipette through the refilling hole
2. Replace filling solution for the corresponding electrode.
(Low salt electrode: Ross Flow; High Salt electrode: SP 138)
3. The level of electrolyte should be ~0.5 cm below the refill hole.
This pH meter is for:
   1. Low Salt Concentration (<1 M), and
   2. Clear Protein Solutions without any aggregation
** (NH4)2SO4 and AgCl Solutions are not allowed for this pH meter
** Please replace the solution inside the electrode whenever the response has
become sluggish.

Instructions:
* The refill hole (on the top of electrode) should remain open when it is in use.
** Always check the log when you use the pH meter.

2. If the previous user at the same day calibrated the pH meter at a different range,
you have to calibrate too

How to Calibrate (Always use FRESH calibration solutions):
    (1) Hit “CAL/MEAS” to switch to “calibration mode” (the screen shows CAL then)
    (2) Immerse the electrode into pH 7 standard solutions
    (3) Hit “CON” to confirm the calibration
    (4) Use “Up” and “Down” to go to next calibration value. Repeat Steps (2) and (3)
    (5) Hit “CAL/MEAS” to return “measure mode” (the screen shows MEAS now)
    (6) Go to next calibrating pH value by repeating
*** If the unadjusted pH reading is too far from the correct value, please change the
filling solution in electrode and calibrate again. If the situation remains, please contact
