                         REGISTRATION INFORMATION
    FEES:               $150.00 for 1st Team, $100 for each subsequent team
                        $ 40.00 per Group Stunt
        All fees are in Canadian dollars and a Cashier’s Check is required for US competitors.
        Please make cheque Payable to Lord Tweedsmuir Secondary.

Money and entry forms must be received by February 6, 2008. Late entries will only be
considered if there is room. $25.00 Fee for Late entries.

DIVISIONS for CHEER
        School Divisions:
        Senior Co-Ed: Any senior team with more than one male may compete in this category.
        Sr. Varsity: Any senior team with a maximum of one male member may compete in this
        category.
        Jr. Varsity: Any team with members in grade 10 or lower. A maximum of 2 members from
        grades 11 and 12 may participate. Gender is not considered.
        Division B: Any team that follows the restrictions as outlined by BCCA. The restrictions are:
        full twist dismounts from shoulder height only, no one-legged extended stunts, no single base
        assisted extended stunts, no basket tosses or sponge tosses. (Please see BCCA rules at
        www.bccheerleading.com)
        Youth: Teams with athletes in grade 8 or lower will all compete in the same category.

        All Star divisions:
        Co-ed, Senior, Junior, Youth, Mini & Tiny age groups.
         **Please check the BCCA website for the USASF age restrictions and level rules**

IF THERE ARE LESS THAN 3 TEAMS REGISTERED IN A DIVISION WE RESERVE THE
RIGHT TO COMBINE DIVSIONS AND LEVELS.

RULES for CHEER
            All BCCA Rules Apply.
            Routines should be a maximum of 2.5 minutes.

ROSTER
    Typed List required 2 days prior to competition day.
MUSIC
       -   Maximum 2.5 minutes.
       -   Record all music on a CD, (no tapes) with good quality recording. (Make a back up copy)
       -   1 song per CD MUST is handed in to DJ before the Competition.
       -   Label each CD with School’s Name and performers.
       -   CD’s must have only 1 song.
       -   No profanities.

AWARDS
   - Door Prizes for Audience Members
   - Performance Certificates for every Athlete
   - Trophies for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd in each Division.
   - Ribbons for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th in each Division.

                                      MISCELLANEOUS

       - Each school will have one practice/rehearsal time scheduled.
       - Cheer Practice in small gym & cafeteria with competition size mats, as well as
         smaller areas for team rehearsal will be made available.
       - Cheer Teams will check in and be given their registration package.
       - Send an updated Roster List if it has changed.
       - After all entries have been received and processed, a Confirmation Package will
         be sent (faxed/mailed).
       - Please remind Cheer Leaders to keep all valuables with them at all times. LTSS
         will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
