                           Bovis Lend Lease managed the                   Regional Medical Center — Additions/
                           construction of the Southside Regional         Renovations (Jourdanton, TX) and
                           Medical Center, a new five-story, 420,000      multiple projects at Easton Hospital
                           square foot replacement facility.              (Easton, PA).

                           The hospital contains 300 beds in private
                           and semi-private rooms, eight operating
                           rooms, cardiac catheterization laboratory,
                           14-bed gero-psychiatric unit, 28-bed
                           intensive care unit and a centrally located
                           post anesthesia care unit. The women’s
                           center contains eight labor/delivery/
                           recovery rooms, two cesarean section
                           operating rooms, nursery, post-partum and
                           a neonatal intensive care unit.
                           The south patient wing can accommodate
                           a vertical expansion of an additional two
                           and one half floors; also, the property can
                           accommodate a future medical office
                           building, as well as ground leases for
                           physicians.
                           The project team addressed logistical
                           challenges including the lack of available
                           utilities and an access road, and five acres
                           of federally protected wetlands on the site.
