Purpose:              To answer the public's questions concerning tritium, and to provide a
                      perspective on the potential public health risk. To inform the public of the
                      regulatory requirements relating to tritium, and how the NRC fulfills its
                      mission. Finally, the NRC will listen to and respond to concerns from the
                      public concerning the tritium issue at Vermont Yankee. Separately,
                      Entergy will be hosting an informational meeting regarding Vermont
                      Yankee.

Public Participation': This is a Category 3 Meeting (Open House). The open house will provide
                       the public the opportunity to talk with the NRC staff on an informal basis
                       to ensure that issues and concerns may be presented, understood, and
                       considered by the NRC.
