Sunday June 18th 2006 Welcome all to the 2006 MSM festival. Music is the language of the soul, a way to commune
with the Profound, a link to our innermost selves. But for me, the greatest realization of
Royal Bank Theatre, Living Arts Centre music’s magnificent power is when we share it with others. Learning how to play music is
a lengthy process. Countless hours are spent developing the areas of music literacy through
(4141 Living Arts Drive, Mississauga) participation in quality programs and practice routines, which provide us with the building

playing music is learning how to enjoy sharing music with others. When this happens we
not only build musicianship but a foundation of lifetime musical enjoyment and satisfaction
May 23rd and 24th 2006 as well. When we learn the language of music and include others in the process, we pass
May 23rd and 24th 2006

on enjoyment to those who listen along with heightening our own experience. Involvement
Clearview Church Auditorium in festivals, recitals, playing in front of family and friends and becoming comfortable with
(2300 Sheridan Garden Drive, Oakville) sharing music is a vital part of the whole process of acquiring “Music For Life”

Merriam School of Music I hope each of the participants in the MSM Festival have a great experience and come away
