    for fiscal years 1995, 1996, and 1997 for drug abuse education and
    prevention for the benefit of youth.




        IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

     Mr. MARTINEZ   introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
                      Committee on Education and Labor




                            A BILL
To amend the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 to authorize
   appropriations for fiscal years 1995, 1996, and 1997
   for drug abuse education and prevention for the benefit
   of youth.

 1        Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
 2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
 3   SECTION 1. DRUG EDUCATION AND PREVENTION RELAT-

 4                   ING TO YOUTH GANGS.

 5        Section 3505 of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988
 6 (42 U.S.C. 11805) is amended—
 7             (1) by striking ‘‘$16,000,000 for fiscal year
 8        1992 and’’, and

1            (2) by striking ‘‘1993 and 1994’’ and inserting
2       ‘‘1995, 1996, and 1997’’.
3   SEC. 2. PROGRAMS FOR RUNAWAY AND HOMELESS YOUTH.

4       Section 3513 of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988
5 (42 U.S.C. 11823) is amended—
6            (1) by striking ‘‘$16,000,000 for fiscal year
7       1992 and’’, and
8            (2) by striking ‘‘1993 and 1994’’ and inserting
9       ‘‘1995, 1996, and 1997’’.
