Resolution: Gift Avenue Remodeling Bid for Coroner’s Office
Mr. Urich commented that 8 bids were received for this work, several of which did not bid on the

A motion to accept the low bid from Hein Construction to do the renovation work on Gift Avenue for the
Coroner’s office was made by Mr. Joyce and seconded by Mr. Thomas. The motion carried.

Mr. Widmer brought up the issue of hiring an overall manager of facilities. He suggested contacting
counties comparable to Peoria County to determine how many have this type of system, and its success.
