Michigan Avenue, Canton MI 48188 Tournament Updates: www.eteamz.com/compuware Beverages, Alcohol and Food: Beverages, alcohol and food purchased outside Canton Sports Center will not be permitted in the complex, including the parking lot area. Teams may bring in water/sport drink for players to consume during games.. Parking Lot: No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, motorcycles or unauthorized motor vehicles are allowed beyond designated parking areas. Canton Sports Center is not responsible for damages or theft from vehicles parked in our lot. We are not responsible for cars left in the parking area overnight. Cars left overnight may be towed the following day at the owner’s expense. RV’s and/or tailgating is not allowed on the premises. Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed on premises. For information about local kennels or day cares please visit the front office. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the field of play by umpires, managers or players. Lost and Found: Please keep your personal items with you at ALL times. Lost and found is located in the Sports Center front office. Lost Children: Parents/guardian: You are responsible for direct supervision of your child while attending this event. There will be high volumes of people and balls active throughout the weekend. In the event of a lost child please contact the CSC front office to assist with fan out procedures. Public Safety will be immediately notified. Children under 12 years old must remain under adult supervision at ALL times while at the Canton Sports Center. Quad Leaders at Diamonds 1 thru 12 are equipped with communications. Let them know of ANY assistance needed during tournament. Ice for injuries is available at the trainer site in main tent. Here are the nearest urgent care facility locations and their directions from CSC: Stay Hydrated: Please bring water for your players during the tournament. You may purchase water bottles on site at Diamonds Restaurant and you may fill water jugs at the outdoor pavilion building. Use Sunscreen: Please remember to use sunscreen throughout the weekend. Take Canton Center north to Warren Road. Oakwood is on the northeast corner of Canton Center and Warren Roads. Open 24 hours. WEATHER EMERGENCY Please be aware of changing weather conditions. In the event of lightning games will be suspended. We have a lightning detection system on-site that will sound off one loud siren to clear fields and it will sound three long sirens when it is same to resume teams to the quads. Please assist staff to take your teams to cover. These locations include the restaurant, hallways, outdoor pavilion overhang and your vehicles. It is important to follow the direction of umpires, tournament staff and facility supervisors. Please keep your players safe. At times fields may become unplayable and the quads may be closed for warm-up. Please keep your teams out of blocked areas so crews may work on the fields for play. Extreme heat notices will be posted throughout the tournament at the main gate. Please be advised during a Heat Advisory players and fans should avoid being outside for extended periods of time. Take extra breaks and stay hydrated.
