                The Surreal Deal splashes into the Mercury Cinema

An ocean of the who's who of Adelaide will spill into the Mercury Cinema on Tuesday
the 13 of May at 6.30pm, to see award winning Artist Andrew Baines foray into film
making.

For over two years, Andrew has travelled the width and breath of Australia, creating
his now trademark surreal human installations. Retired cameraman Andy Buchan
tagged along to each of these events around Australia to film all the excitement of
putting these surreal human sculptures together.

Andrew and Andy recently spent a month editing the footage to produce a 30 minute
documentary titled 'THE SURREAL DEAL' which stars the likes of Amanda Vanstone,
Nicky Downer, Sir Eric & Lady Neal, Lady Joan Hardy and Michael Harbison.

Also included in the documentary is the group of breast cancer supporters who joined
the Flinders Medical Centre Foundation for the Pink Drinks in the Drink sculpture
back in 2006.

drinks, with all money raised going to breast cancer research at Flinders.
