Function Rooms

Cigar Lounge
Suitable for functions of up to 30 people and adjacent to the ground floor bar, this
room boasts a Plasma screen and an intimate feel. The room offers total privacy with
no through or passing traffic.

Lounge Bar
The Lounge Bar is suitable for functions of 50 people or more. With its own separate
bar, and the capacity to rearrange the furniture to meet your function needs (i.e.
cocktail or sit down dinner) this is the most popular function area of the Hotel.

Monday to Saturday             10am - 12 midnight
Sunday                         10am - 10pm

Please be aware that last drinks are 30 minutes before closing time to ensure guests
have time to finish their beverages.

The Kirribilli Hotel plays Lounge and Chart music from an automated playlist. Please
consult with Management should you have any additional music or audio

Terms and Conditions

Tentative Bookings
Bookings will be held for a period for five working days only, after which time the
space will be released without notification.

Confirmation of Booking
In order to confirm all function bookings we require a $200 deposit at the time of
booking. The deposit is subtracted from the total bill upon payment at the conclusion
of your event. Signed confirmation of all details (including menus) is required a
minimum of two weeks in advance.

Full payment of the function is required at the conclusion of the function. We accept
Cash, Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Diners. No cheques.

Guaranteed Numbers
Confirmation of guest numbers must be given seven days before the event,
guaranteed numbers cannot be reduced less than seven days prior to the function.
Charges will be based on the guaranteed number, or the number attending,
whichever is greater.

If the Kirribilli Hotel has reason to believe that a function will affect the operations of
the Hotel, its security or reputation, it reserves the right to cancel the function at any
If you cancel your confirmed booking, a full deposit will be reimbursed, provided you
give a minimum of one week written notice. Less than one weeks notice a
cancellation fee of the deposit taken will be deducted.

Loss or Damage
Clients are responsible for any damage whether through their own action or through
the action of invited guests. The Hotel will not accept responsibility for the loss or
damage to any equipment or personal items left on the premises prior to, during or
after the function. Please note nothing is to be nailed, screwed or stapled into the
walls, doors or other surfaces. Similarly, items cannot be adhered to any surfaces in
any way unless Management has given written approval.

Food and Beverage
Function organisers are not permitted to supply their own catering without prior
approval of Management. The Hotel prohibits the removal of any open beverages
not consumed in the Hotel.

Responsible Service of Alcohol
It is the Hotel’s aim to serve our guests with alcoholic beverages in a professional,
friendly and responsible manner. It is the policy of the Hotel not to allow intoxicated,
violent or quarrelsome behaviour towards staff and other guests. We reserve the right
to refuse the supply of alcoholic beverages if we feel that a guest appears to have
over consumed, or cannot provide proof of age.
