Alternative Sponsorship Levels
Ideal for those interested in a specific area of the conference

   o $5,000 – Shopping Trip to Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square: As the
     official sponsor of this soirée shopping extravaganza, your company will have
     signage and promotional material distribution opportunities leading up to and
     during the event. An opportune platform to promote your company.
   o $3,000 – Continental Breakfast: A great location and situation for companies to
     distribute and display products and signage. This sponsorship will be sold
     exclusively to one company.
   o $2,500 – An evening at the Wrigley Mansion Club: The sponsor of this cocktail
     reception and dinner will have exclusive signage opportunities at this historical
     home of the famous gum magnate and the opportunity to provide gifts to each
     attendee.
   o $2,500 – An evening at the renowned Michael’s at the Citadel: The sponsor of
     this cocktail reception and dinner will have exclusive signage opportunities at the

   o $2,500 – The farewell evening at the Famous Resort Restaurant, Marquesa: The

     display and promotional product giveaway for one trip to and from a local
     nightclub.

Sponsorship / Partnership Benefits
o Access to Agent Database – This database contains an exclusive list of the industry-
  elite professional registered for the 2003 National Chairman’s Club Retreat.
o Registration Tote Bags – A marketing/promotional tool that has been effective for
  years. It allows companies to put their products and advertising pieces directly into
  the hands of their audience.
o Logo Recognition – Partners who receive this sponsorship benefit will have their
  logos displayed on the National Chairman’s Club website and all pre/post marketing
  material. This can provided partners with advertising in marketing materials such as
  national email announcements, national direct mail, postings on the Royal LePage
  intranet and listings on the Royal LePage event website.
o Sponsorship of Motor Coach Transportation – RLP partners will have the
  opportunity to attach magnetic signage to the coach bus and have promotional
  material distributed during the trip. An ideal time for marketers to gain the attention
