What is it?
A program which provides the structure to x Systematically catalog and document telecenter information around the world, especially for centers geared for sustainability development and community building x A program to identify local needs -> perform fundraising -> solution implementation -> lessons learned ->(then go thru the cycle again) x Promote a self organized FOSS ecosystem that is focused on ICT for sustainability development

A process that engages the local to identify their needs and build targeted solutions Leverage the self-organizing network effect (an inexpensive solution) On line content and progress reports provide track records of dollar performance for the donors Promote culture exchange thru volunteer programs, e.g. high school or college students can “adopt” a center and be the person who are responsible for a given centers content publishing. A Darwinism approach that what you get is base on the vision and efforts one put in. Statistic and trends can be drawn from various implementations to derive best practices.
