                                                 TERMS / CONDITIONS:
LOCATION:          EPIC Exhibition Park In Canberra, Cnr Flemington Rd & Federal Hwy, Mitchell ACT
•    Registrations can be made up to 10:00am on Saturday 13 November. Competition display times are Sat 13 November 10 – 16:00
     and Sunday 14 November 10 – 16:00. Winners will be announced on Sunday 14 November at 15:00.
•    All vehicles can be on the display area on each of these days but MUST be on display Sunday between 14:00-16:00 for judging
     purposes, with other times optional.
•    All vehicles participating must be registered. Insured and road worthy or otherwise brought to/from the site on a registered trailer
•    This is a family friendly festival – no illicit drug or foul language within festival perimeter. Absolutely no Alcohol is to be brought into
     the festival area. Breaches will be dealt firstly with security warning and confiscation, then by police action.
•    Canberra Country Music Festival organisers will take all reasonable care for the safety and security of property, however, no
     responsibility for items lost, misplaced, stolen or damage caused to property will accepted.
•    There is strictly no circle work, burnouts or dangerous driving on the Festival site.
•    The competition and display offers no monetary rewards for participants. Winners receive certificates with top award special prizes
•    Canberra Country Music Festival Officials are there for your benefit, so please listen to what they say and follow their requests.
•    There is no Entry Fee to display vehicles. All personnel driving/staffing your vehicle must have a 3-Day Entry pass to the Festival
     (Early Bird priced tickets available from Newsagents, Music Stores and regular tickets from Moshtix @ www.moshtix.com.au
     Once arriving exchange your ticket for a Festival wristband and move your vehicles to the Display Area (Grandstand Parking Area)
•    Canberra Country Music Festival will promote your vehicle to the general public in attendance rain or shine. Mention of the
     Competition will be made in the printed Festival Program as well as from stages at various times during the Festival operation.

I agree to absolve, hold harmless and indemnify the management and volunteers of the Canberra Country Music Festival
from any claims, actions, suits or demands from any incident, accident, injury or damage to any person, property or
otherwise caused or alleged to have been caused or sustained from any activity or use of any equipment or property
associated with the Canberra Country Music Festival. In completing and signing this form for my entry in the Canberra
Country Music Festival’s Ute, Van and Truck Muster, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and accepted the
competition terms and conditions as outlined above by signing below.
