Black Panthers of the 1960s and 1970s built a militant struggle
against racism, police brutality and poverty. They organized in prisons
as well as on the outside, leading the prisoners' rebellion at Attica.
Government repression targeted Panthers and dozens were murdered by
the FBI. Hundreds were imprisoned, some still behind bars today. Come
hear the voices of former Panthers and the legacy of the movement for
the fight against the death penalty, criminal injustice and for civil
rights today.
