Mansfield - Ashfield (heading in dark red) - A Great Place to Live

Mansfield is a busy market town in North West Nottinghamshire. It has seen much regeneration over recent years and
continues to expand with many new businesses moving into the area. It offers excellent shopping facilities and a
vibrant nightlife.

In close proximity to Mansfield are the towns of Sutton in Ashfield and Kirkby in Ashfield with their excellent links to the
M1 motorway. Although these towns have seen rapid development due to their motorway accessibility, they still
remain much of their former charm and identity.

The area boasts many tourist attractions. Edwinstowe, in the heart of Sherwood Forest, is home to Centre Parcs,
Sherwood Holiday Village and Thoresby Hall, a Warner Hotel and Spa. Bolsover has a magnificent castle,
and Southwell a splendid Minister. Mansfield Woodhouse has a history dating back beyond the Romans and Warsop
is mentioned in the Doomsday Book.

With a growing portfolio of residential properties, we are sure to have the property for you. Our application procedure
is easy and risk free. Simply call to arrange a viewing; we shall take a note of your details and match you with a
property suitable for your needs.

There is no charge for viewing a property, however, we do charge an application fee should you wish to be considered
for the property. The fee is currently £85.00 and is a set fee. There are no additional fees for joint tenants or
guarantors and should your application not be successful, you will receive a full refund, subject to conditions.

We aim to process your application within just 48 hours, so if you are successful, you could be moving into your new
home within just a few days. Due to our vast experience, we offer you full support in applying for housing benefit
should you require it.
