James Conley (Lessor) hereby agrees to lease to Lessee the items described above in accordance with the following agreements
& terms:
     Lessee agrees inspect items rented before use and notify Lessor of and damages or problems before lessee uses the
         rented items.
     (Table Rentals) Lessee agrees and understands that Lessee must pickup and returned all rented tables from the location
         designated by the Lessor. If the tables are NOT RETURNED to the Lessor, Lessee authorizes Lessor to charge the
         credit card above for the full value of the items rented.
     (Tent Rentals) Lessee agrees to notify Lessor when Lessee is leaving the show so Lessor can inspect the tent(s) prior
         to Lessee leaving for any damages. Lessee agrees to pay for any and all damages done or items that are missing.
         Lessee authorizes Lessor to charge the credit card above, up to the full value listed above, for the items damage or
         missing.
     Lessee agrees to hold harmless Lessor and Renningers Promotions, Renninger Markets & Florida Twin Markets
         against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages to property or otherwise, and expenses.
     Theft of Rented Items – The Lessee agrees to pay for all rented items (at it replacement value listed above) for all
         types of theft or mysterious disappearance.
     Damage Equipment – Lessee agrees to pay for any damages to rented equipment regardless of cause, except
         reasonable wear & tear, while equipment is out of possession of Lessor. Accrued rental charges cannot be applied
         against the purchase or cost of repairs or damage goods.
     Cancellation Policy – Full refund with 30 days written notice, prior to Event. Otherwise NO REFUNDS
