Need some extra cash? Find businesses in your area to give a discount for the ISE Card, and earn $5 for each one you sign up! Here’s how the program works: 1. Get any business in your area to offer a discount for the ISE Card. They will need to fill out the Discount Information Form (page two of this document). Send the completed and signed form along with your contact information (use form below) to ISE Cards, Attn: Merchants Department, 5010 East Shea Boulevard, #A-104, Scottsdale, Arizona 85254. We will call each establishment to confirm the discount, then send you a check!

You can earn extra money if the merchant agrees to enhance their listing with us. This includes their company information appearing in bold, with a link to an email and web address, and their logo placed next to their listing. The charge is $100 to them, paid by check or credit card, and you will earn $20 of that money.
