					Housing Unit Trends -- Loudoun County
A housing unit is a habitable unit that is either vacant or occupied by a single person, one or more families, or one or more unrelated individuals. In 2007,
Loudoun County's housing unit count surpassed the 100,000 mark. There were an estimated 101,359 housing units, an increase of 63% since 2000.
