Slow Attacks in Sil Lum Tao Level
At the Sil Lum Tao level we begin another important Wing Chun exercise called Slow Attacks or San Sau. This
exercise is based on the execution of five complex attacking responses to an opponents punch. San Sau
training will develop the ability to flow from one successful technique to another, as well as improving trapping
ability.

One person remains in Yee Gee Kim Yeung Ma stance (mother stance) while the other initiates the techniques
from Jong Dau stance (fighting stance).
