									Hotel Occupancy and Room Rates -- Loudoun County
The number of hotel rooms in Loudoun increased by over six percent between 2007 and 2008, an addition of 323 new rooms. Occupancy showed a
slight increase of less than one percent in 2008. Occupancy rates are affected not only by the number of rooms occupied, but also by the total number
of rooms. Loudoun County now has 5,251 rooms: 46 percent Limited Service, 21 percent Full Service, 13 percent Extended Stay, 2 percent Bed &
Breakfast or Inns, and 17 percent at the National Conference Center.
