Ensure efficient administration of the merchandise sourcing. Assist Buyer in all other areas of relating to the efficient and profitable operation of assigned departments and categories Prepare and distribute orders and ticket requests Follow up on delivery of all orders Respond to store, DM and vendor inquiries Co-ordinate advertising information Maintain buyer-approved listings and plan-o-grams Communicate with distribution center as required Resolve invoicing discrepancies and otherwise trouble-shoot Ensure personal professional development Review 5 week tracking and recommended actions
