With ScotiaMall you don’t have to leave the house. Your purchases are delivered to your home within approximately 48 hours. How do you make purchases? 1. Register in the store’s database. 2. Enter your email address and your password. 3. If you are not registered, click on Sign Up Here and fill out the form with your personal information. 4. To finish the registration process, click on Continue. All the products have a minimum one-year guarantee that goes into effect as of the date of purchase, unless indicated otherwise. The Convenience Checks let you make payments with your Visa line of credit, since they were developed to provide greater flexibility in handling your daily finances.
How can you use Convenience Checks? You can use them to make payments at establishments where credit cards are not accepted. For example, to pay for school fees, taxes, loans, and service providers (plumbers, domestic help, etc.). With Scotiabank Visa’s attractive annual interest rate, you can use your Convenience Checks to pay down or pay off the balance on other credit cards that have a higher interest rate. Insurance
Trip accident insurance Visa Platinum Infinite cardholders, their spouses and dependent children under 23 years of age are automatically insured against any accidental bodily damage that is the sole cause of a loss of life or mutilation while they are traveling, boarding, or disembarking from a registered air carrier found in the OAG (Official Airline Guide) or from a sea or land carrier administered by a commercial carrier authorized to transport passengers so long as the full ticket amount has been paid with your Visa card. The Trip Accident Insurance coverage is valid worldwide. Visa rental car insurance Visa Infinite cardholders can obtain free rental car insurance every time they rent an automobile with their Visa card. Certain conditions apply.
Eligibility To be eligible for this free insurance coverage, the cardholder must be the driver named on the rental car contract and must use his or her Visa Platinum Infinite to pay for the rental. The names of any other drivers must also appear on the contract. The cardholder must use his or her Visa Platinum Infinite card to begin and complete the rental transaction. The cardholder must turn down the liability exemption due to collision damages (CDW/LDW) or any similar coverage that the rental car agency may offer.

Emergency medical insurance Visa Platinum Infinite cardholders are eligible to receive up to $25,000 for each member of the family (subject to a deductible in the amount of US $100) for medical expenses that no other medical insurance will pay that are incurred as a result of emergency treatment for an illness or accidental injury that may occur during the trip. The treatment must have been received during the trip and be the result of a recommendation by a physician or medical provider. The trip cannot be for longer than 60 consecutive days. All expenses must be incurred within 52 weeks after the date of the illness or serious injury. Medical expenses covered: any expenses incurred by the insured during the trip to obtain the services or items recommended by the attending physician. No benefits will be paid that exceed reasonable and customary charges, i.e., the charges commonly used by medical care providers where the services were provided.
Emergency services Emergency services are available worldwide for all Visa cardholders through the Visa International Service Center located in Baltimore, Maryland, U.S.A. (VISC). The VISC is connected to 31 product replacement centers all over the globe that provide quick, effective service. The VISC is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. It provides assistance in a variety of languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
Personal concierge service Visa International LAC has made a personal concierge service available to the Visa Platinum Infinite issuers. The service has been specially designed to provide all sorts of information and assistance to Visa Platinum Infinite cardholders. The personal concierge service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to help and provide cardholders with timely answers to an endless number of possible problems that may arise during their stay abroad, e.g., sending gifts, buying tickets or paying for tours, vehicle rentals, reservations at the best restaurants, etc.
