Case Study 1 Decided to use Optima to outsource their data hosting, circulation management, reader enquiry service, enhanced lead management and behind the scenes web tracking. Having tried other providers as well as a spell of in-house services before outsourcing to Optima in the Autumn of 2002. The transition was gradual and cautious. The company now has more control over its data assets and Optima have assisted in bringing new revenue earning products to market faster and importantly delivered these innovative services and solutions on time and within budget Case Study 2 Using Optima Connect for a cluster of well regarded magazines for online and traditional reader service. Plus valuable circulation services in hosting, integrating and managing large amounts of data, and targeting new readers.

Case Study 3 A well known financial publisher switched from their longstanding bureau provider to Optima Connect in November 2003. Working closely with the magazine, new reader fulfilment services have been introduced. The publisher has exploited Optima’s services to the full and seen response grow significantly. Case Study 4 A public media company switched their reader service activity from inhouse to external supply in July 2002. In Autumn 2005, they subscribed to Optima Connect circulation management services to develop their databases, improve targeting and add intelligence on their readership with a view to offer new revenue generating added value services.
