The conditions I am about to outline below may seem onerous to you, but my long experience hire and
dealing with programmers has taught me to be clear and honest upfront.

It is the only way to be for both parties sake, and the project then goes much smoother with less disputes
as all the areas that are critical to the development of the application are clearly understood.

Verifiable Skills and Results: I’m not interested in being a testing ground for the development of your
skills. You need to prove to me you have the skill set to complete this project, and have a background
and favorable reviews to prove it.

   **Please before you bid you need to be 100% sure you FULLY understand and are clear on all the
  requirements in the specifications. Once accepted as the successful bidder, if you fail to complete the
development of the application, it will be detrimental to your reputation. I don’t want to be a position to
 have to give a negative review. And no one wants to have a negative review on their portfolio.But you

Honestly and Reliability: I had employed many programmers in my years online, and I know every
trick and excuse programmers use to explain away why a project was not finished within the
development time frame specified.

When you give a development time for this project you must be able to adhere closely to it.

Dedication: I am not interested in receiving bids from ‘brokers’ , ‘sales manager’ or ‘team leaders’ of
large IT firms. I prefer to receive bids directly from programmers who will actually be doing the work.

If you’re ‘part time’ programmer working at a ‘job’ elsewhere during the day and then doing your own
programming work at night. Then this may be difficult for you to bid on given my requirements for
development time.

Please, I only need programmers to bid who can focus and dedicate their efforts full time to completing
the project should bid

Communication: Of paramount importance is the need for easy, regular communication. If you’re the
type of programmer who finds it hard communicating regularly with clients… do not bid on this project.
You need to be contactable on one of these mediums : Yahoo IM or Skype, and email of course.

I am seeking a skilled programmer to develop a PDF Popup Window / Desktop based software
application.

   You need be highly skillful with Adobe (Adobe API) Javascript, PHP, VB.Net’ and c# at the
                                            minimum

Rather than try to explain the basic functionality I require in the application, I have shown below
screenshots for an actual software application showing the functionality I require.

NOTE 1: I have available the actual working version of the software that the screenshots were taken
from. The software is 85% to 90 completed with two of the functions left to be programmed.

   **I can provide a copy of the software to you to use to see exactly how the functionality all works.
        Provided it is understood that full and total confidentiality is to be maintained by you**

 The demo version of the software I have was written in c# so you will be able to get the Reflector
code for the functionality that has been done to date, which will help save you a great deal of time.

This is how by no means all the definitive information. You need to research more.

NOTE 2: I have also attached a PDF document which has popup windows embedded in it so that you
can see the how the popup windows work in a real PDF. (These windows were embedded into the PDF
using the demo Viral PDF software) (Note in the PDF example attached, there is a popup On Opening
and also On Closing


Additional Functionality

    1. In the demonstration software I send, there are a number of functions yet to be programmed /
       finalized:

To Do list.

    1. In Step 1 there is the function to allow the user to be able to create multiple VPDF document. This
       presented a concerns because the time it was taking to ‘Generate PDFs (Step 4) was taking too much
       time.

        Unless multiple PDF can be generated quickly in Step, there is an argument to allow on one PDF at a
        time to be converted and generated.

    2. Solve the issue of the time it takes to ‘Generate PDF’ in Step 4 . This long PDF generation time is
       particularly very noticeable when Images are added to a PDF. The Generate PDF time is intolerable
       when an imag is added to both a popup window On Opening and On Closing

    3. Sort out the issue with the ‘Title’ and the ‘Introductory Text’ font and font size. They were displaying
       incorrectly.

4. Set up the Preview function. This is the function that allows the user to see what the PDF popup will look
   like before the new VPDF file is generated. This saves time for users.

5. Investigate the possibilities to be able to add video and audio onto popup windows.

6.    Set up and configure security for the software (Registration, Validation, Activation and User management
     )

7. One of the most important functions in the app. is the programming of the current Autoresponders
   Services. Please be careful if reprogramming this function

     NOTE: Please allow for future additions to the list of Autoresponder services. The intention is to add new
     AR services, if there is a demand by user for new ones. Any new AR services will be programmed in as
     an upgrade to the software.

     At no time will user be able to configure their own AR service, as this can easily result in errors and
     unnecessary support for me

2. There is to be the normal ‘security’ functions programmed into the software that will provide,
   registration, validation, and activation and user management of the software. I can provide an
   overview of the requirements

3. The application must function in all browsers - all windows versions (NOTE: MAC version will
   be required later. Please be aware when considering the language you chose to write this app in
