               Airport Travel Tips:

When to Arrive at the Airport: In general, passengers should arrive at the airport at least two hours before domestic
departures and three hours before international departures to allow time for checking baggage and security processing at
               the checkpoint.

Checking Bags: When checking bags on Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air all checked baggage must be processed at the
ticket counter by the following cut-off times to avoid rebooking on a later flight.

Alaska Airlines - 40 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights (Passengers traveling on
Alaska Airlines from Denver and Las Vegas are required to have their bags checked at the ticket counter 45 minutes
prior to departure. Guadalajara has a 90-minute baggage cut-off time.)
Horizon Air - 30 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights (Passengers traveling on Horizon
Air from Burbank, Los Angeles, Oakland, Ontario, Palm Springs, Portland, Reno, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose
and Seattle are required to have their bags checked at the ticket counter 40 minutes prior to departure. Denver and
Las Vegas have a 45-minute baggage cut-off time.)

Carry-on Bags: The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) restricts liquids, gels and aerosols in carry-ons through
the security checkpoint. Passengers are limited to one transparent resealable 1-quart (1 liter) size plastic bag containing
liquids, gels, and/or aerosols in containers of 3.4 oz. (100 ml) or less per container.

Exception: Passengers may carry baby formula/milk and baby food/juice in containers if a baby or small child is
traveling (a mother may transport breast milk when traveling with or without their child), medications (liquid, gel, and
aerosol), liquids (to include juice) or gels for diabetic or other medical needs. These items do not need to be in a clear
plastic bag and may exceed 3.4 oz. if the passenger declares them to the TSA. Travelers are advised to check the TSA
web site at www.tsa.gov for current information.

Boarding: Be at the gate, checked in and ready for boarding, at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure for
domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. This provides enough time for everyone to board, and also
ensures your preassigned seat and reservation will not be canceled.
