What to wear: Full school uniform including school hat. (Do not forget sunscreen). Children may wear joggers. • There will be no opportunity to spend any money. • We will be departing school at 9:15am and returning by 3:00pm. We will not wait for late arrivals. • The cost of this excursion is $22.00. Please place the permission note and payment of $22.00 in an envelope, clearly marked with your child’s name, class and name of excursion, in the red post box located in the front office. Thank you, Kindergarten Teachers ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ KINDERGARTEN EXCURSION TO FAIRFIELD CITY FARM I give permission for my child ___________________________________ of class _______________________ to attend the excursion to Fairfield City Farm on Wednesday 3rd September 2008. I understand that travel will be by bus. I enclose $22.00 to cover the cost of the excursion. Signed ______________________________________ Date _______________________________ (Parent/Guardian) N.B. Parents are advised that students who are feeling unwell on the day should not be sent to the excursion. Whilst first aid facilities are always available on excursions, attending to a student with a pre-existing illness is often difficult and may require the supervising teacher to contact parents to pick up the child from the venue.
