 SP 3            The system shall allow the user to record service outcomes.
 SP 4            Within the APS application, the system shall allow the user to select from a list the services
                 recommended for a client’s service plan and to identify if the client accepted or rejected each
                 recommended service.
 SP 5            The system shall allow users to identify the service plan begin and service plan end dates in which the
                 activities to reduce or eliminate the identified risks can be obtained.
 SP 6            The system shall allow the user to record the client’s acceptance or refusal of services; counselor
                 shall explain what actions were taken to gain clients cooperation/acceptance prior to closure; this is a
                 narrative field.
 SP 7            The system shall maintain the date a client was placed in an Adult Family Home.
 SP 8            The system shall provide the ability to record the immediate services provided during and prior to
                 completion of the investigation/assessment period.
 SP 9            The system shall capture the date/time a service plan was updated/revised.

TM 5            The system shall allow appointments to be scheduled for DHS staff requested to attend a team
                meeting.
TM 6            The system shall require an authorized user to approve the staffing and assignment of a team to a
                case.
TM 7            The system shall allow a team to be assigned to one or more cases.
