           Class size is limited to 35. Classes begin at 6:30 p.m. (Doors open at 6:00 p.m.)


Wednesday, October 7, 2009 – POULTRY AT THE PLATE
 Chicken and turkey recipes – light and luscious and full of flavors that are guaranteed to hit a “home-
run”. A featured recipe will be package for you to take home.
Wednesday, October 14, 2009 – AMERICAN ICONS: Foods that define our country.
Foods that have the power to evoke memories, emotions and opinions, and that are quintessentially
American will be featured. From the sublimely simple to the haute, with American roots, the icons
share one key quality: COMFORT!
Tuesday, October 20, 21, 2009 – THE FOUR CORNERS OF ITALY From the Piedmont in the
West, Venice in the North, Sicily in the South and Puglia in the East, we’ve got Italy covered. Savor
the taste of Italy with recipes featuring regional flavors that you are sure to enjoy.

On a cold autumn night, nothing beats a bowl of piping-hot chili with a slice of good bread on the side.
Enjoy an evening of bang-up chili recipes, that are sure to warm you heart and soul. A quart of a

We created an appetizer and hors d’oeuvre party with the upcoming holidays’ in mind. Recipes that
