					                                EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Sub: Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited for the items of works / services mentioned in this
document so as to reach the undersigned on or before 18/02/2010

Brief description of the project :
M/s. Srini Food Park Pvt. Ltd. has got approval from Ministry of Food Processing Industry (MoFPI),
under Mega Food Park Scheme, to implement Mega Food Park in A.P. The project is being
established at Mogili near Chittoor. The Mega Food Park Project shall include Core Processing
Facilities, Factory Buildings for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), Enabling Basic Infrastructure
and Non-Core Infrastructure as per the Guidelines of Scheme for Mega Food Parks (MFPS) and in
line with Detailed Project Report approved by Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI),
Government of India.
M/s. Srini Food Park Pvt. Ltd. has acquired and taken possession of 110.0 acres of land at Mogili,
near Palamner, Chittoor district for the Central Processing Centre of the Mega Food Park. The
tentative layout for the food park is enclosed mentioning the areas of the units.

Procurement Policy :
As per the procurement policy guidelines of M/s. Srini Food Park Pvt. Ltd, the service provider /
contractor for any specified work / service shall be selected from the registered, qualified having
adequate expertise / experience in similar kind of activities.

Call for EOI :
In view of above Srini Food Park Pvt. Ltd. is now requesting the EOIs from the contractors, firms and
service providers for the following items of works / services for the proposed Central Processing
Centre site located at Mogili near Chittoor A.P. The contractor / supplier should attach user’s list and
performance certificates along with their EOI. The contractor / supplier shall bear all costs associated
with the preparation and submission of their EOI including samples, literatures, etc.

Only the short listed contractors will be contacted and issued Financial Bid for the aforesaid work. The
Financial bid must contain item wise quantity for the items mentioned in the technical quotation.
