By signing this agreement I authorize the Brian Kludt Mortgage Team to lock my “target” rate when it becomes available. I understand that the Brian Kludt Mortgage Team will do their best to lock my target in a reasonable and timely fashion but recognize there are limitations inherent to rapidly changing market conditions and availability to respond to my target rate request. This agreement also adheres to the same terms as the Rate Lock Policy in terms of our inability to “unlock” a rate once a rate has been “locked.”
