Wine List
We have taken great care in putting the following list together, balancing a strong influence of French wines with
some wonderful selections from other Old World countries as well as some great exemplers of New World wines.
Over the last few years we have travelled to Bordeaux and Burgundy to source our wines 'En Primeur', and have
been keeping these wines in our London bonds, waiting for the perfect time to introduce them to the main list.
These include some wonderful small estate Châteaux's such as Cantemerle, of which we have several successive
vintages.
As a taster of this and some of the other wines we have to look forward to, we have added a list of them on the
last page with some dates by which we hope to introduce them.
At the Institute of Directors we have also chosen to work with a small selection of specialist wines suppliers that
are able to help us choose wines that are both fitting for the venue as well as excellent wines.
It is with these small, and often family run, suppliers that we work together with to plan our wine evenings.
Recently we have had some spectacular evenings with Louis Latour and Laurent‐Perrier Champagne. Following on
from these we are looking at further events for the new year ‐ an evening of New Zealand wines and a Bordeaux
evening are in the early planning stages with news to follow. Our events team will be keeping our budding 'wine
club' updated as details are confirmed.
I do hope that you enjoy the wines on this list as much as we have enjoyed putting it together.
