					Aloha “307” Guests,

    As of January 1, 2010, we have the following “extra” items in the condo for
your use. Enjoy!
        - Snorkeling gear: fins, masks, & snorkels are in the closet on the lanai.
        - Tennis rackets and tennis balls are also in the lanai closet, for your use
on the complex’s tennis court.
        - Beach chairs, beach mats, a beach umbrella, and a large bag of toys for
digging, building, and playing on the beach are also in the lanai closet.
        - A large wheeled cooler and a several smaller coolers.
        - Binoculars are in the condo for whale watching from the lanai, during the
December to May sighting season.
        - In the kitchen you’ll find, in addition to the usual items, a coffee grinder,
an electric can opener, a tea kettle, a rice cooker and rice bowls, a hot/cold water
thermos, cookie sheets, spices and seasonings, and several cookbooks.
        - Everyday wines glasses are in the kitchen cabinets. If you have a
special occasion and want to use the red-stemmed wine glasses, the cognac
glasses, or the champagne glasses on the top shelf, please do.
        - There’s a good supply of beach towels in the downstairs bathroom
cabinets, more than a dozen when we were last here.
        - You have your own washer and dryer in the condo. Laundry detergent
is provided.
        - Books are here for your reading pleasure. Feel free to take any of the
paperbacks home, and please leave another in its place. Please leave the
hardback books, and the cookbooks, for future guests to enjoy.
        - DVD’s are here for your use, as well as music CD’s and several hula
DVD’s. A list of the DVD’s for use in the living room DVD player is on the back of
this letter. If you take DVD’s to another condo, please bring them back before
        - Both the TV in the living room and the TV in the upstairs master
bedroom have cable access.
        - Games: Scrabble, Monopoly, Clue, the great everyone-can-play card
game Apples-to-Apples, & Dora’s Candy Land, are in the loft. Playing cards too.
        - For the younger guests, there is a large container of Lincoln Logs in the
downstairs bedroom closets (not for guests under age 3).
        - The phone, which has a wireless handset and an answering machine,
also has extensions in each bedroom.
        - Flashlights, replacement batteries, light bulbs, matches, etc. should be
in the bottom kitchen drawer to the left of the sink.

    If you think of other items which would be useful for guests, items that don’t
transport well from home, please let us know so we can add them to the condo.
