In this healthy skin guide, I will be showing you three ways in which you can get healthier skin without

pulling your hair out. Whatever is on our outside, in this case our skin reflects what is on our inside and

as corny as it may sound, it is true. If you were to see someone with dry, unhealthy skin on the street,

you could probably tell that that person does not care about taking care of their skin. But, we are not

like them and these three ways will surely help with having healthy skin. The first way to get healthy skin

we are going to discuss is using natural oil and waxes. Next is drinking lots of water and finally, taking

vitamins and minerals to help skin maintain its moisture.



Natural oils and minerals when used frequently, can work wonders for skin. Petroleum jelly is not

natural and therefore it should never be used on the skin as a moisturizer. Instead of moisturizing the

skin, it will clog up pores and prevent the sebaceous gland from manufacturing sebum, our body’s

natural oil. Not to mention petroleum jelly can also prevent our skin from being exfoliated the way it

should. These waxes also do not contain enough antioxidants to reduce winkles caused by oxidative

damage to your cells. If your skin is to be healthy, your cells are also. Now let’s talk about the oil and

waxes you should use! These are the one that came from plants. They work so well because they are

almost the same kind of oils our bodies produce. So using oils like tea tree oil is something very

beneficial when it comes to skin care.



Drinking lots of water is another thing that will help with having healthy skin. I know it sounds simple,

but lots of people do not do it at all and I blame all of these carbonated drinks for it! Drinking 6 to 8

glasses of water a day will help to keep your skin moist, refreshed and dewy. This in turn will help the

skin to fight off wrinkles and blemishes. Water also assists in the flushing and removal of wastes and

toxins from the body. So that means if your body does not have enough water, the metabolic wastes will

not be removed as they should and will begin to accumulate. This will only lead to bad health. What you

need to do is help your kidneys do their job by drinking lots of water. As the filtered blood flows under

your skin, it will help your skin to look at its best. Water carries nutrients to the cells in our bodies. Not

only does it carry the nutrients, but it also helps the cell stay hydrated. A hydrated cell works efficiently

and functions properly.



You should already know that vitamins and minerals help keep our skin healthy, but do you know which

ones? Vitamins C,E,A,K and B complex all contribute to having healthy skin, with E being the most

important here. Dermatologists have recently discovered they help counter the effects of prolonged sun

exposure. These vitamins are essential skin care and general health overall and if you don’t take

supplements or apply them directly to skin, you should get them from the foods you eat. They have

been developed to help your body and without them, your body show signs of a deficiency.



I hope you now see how easy it is to get healthy skin! Using natural oils and minerals, drinking lots of

water and taking in the right vitamins can really make a difference. You should now have an
