Another thing that is taken for granted is exercising, people nowadays mostly spend time at the

computer and will not even go outside for some fresh air. These are the same people who ask

themselves, why is my skin dry and irritated? Now, I am not saying that you have to go to the gym every

day and “push it to the limit” but what I am saying is that you can at least take a jog every 3 days trust

me, it helps. When we exercise, it causes our heart to pump blood faster throughout our body. That

increased blood flow is one of the things that will keep your skin looking shiny. It also helps to even out

skin tone. We don’t want patches and spots on our skin now do we? We do not just sweat because we

are hot; we sweat to rid the body of toxins, something that prevents our skin from looking at its best.



Skin depends on sleep to stay healthy and strong. Have you ever had those times when you popped a

zit, went to sleep, and the next day it was nowhere to be found? This is all thanks to sleep. When we fall

asleep our body takes that time to work on itself and heal any bruises or scare we have on our skin. The

more sleep you have, the less breakouts there will be, period. Sleep will work wonders for you. Our skin

is like our shell, it protects us from environmental irritants and dust and without enough sleep, we

would just be out in the open, exposing ourselves to all kinds of infections and viruses.



You do not need to be a celebrity to have healthy skin. Just eating the right fruits, exercising daily and

getting enough sleep should be enough to get you started on your healthy skin journey. After reading
