every year, according to the World Health Organization. Yet many people have this
lung disease and don’t know it.

That’s why today, November 16, is World COPD Day—to let people know that COPD
can be treated. The earlier a diagnosis is made, the more effective the treatment will
be.

Even if you’re breathless, you’re not helpless.
