Dear Jane: This is an invitation for you to sign your Perkins Master Promissory Note(s) on Penn State's Electronic Signature web-site. Please Read Carefully: Since the Penn State Electronic Signature web-site is a secured, interactive web-site application, there are a few things to keep in mind prior to entering the site: · Due to the confidential nature of the information reviewed, your computer should not be left unattended during the session. · You will be asked for specific information. Follow the online instructions.
If you choose to sign your master promissory note in an alternative format, a paper promissory note can be requested within the web-site. Should you have any questions regarding the electronic signature process, please contact us via our web-site at https://www.studentloans.psu.edu/question.cfm. Please note, our office must receive your signed promissory note (via online or by paper) no later than thirty (3) days from the date of this message or funds may no longer be available.
