  enter, including emerging practices and students. More than one entry is permitted per practice
  however due to administrative costs, we are unable to return material once entered.

– All material submitted is copyright cleared for usage without fees, in publication and any
  subsequent usage by Boral. No publication fees will be payable on entered material.

2.   Competition entry is limited to residents of NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD.
3.   Boral’s flat roof tile profiles must be used in all entries submitted.
4.   Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agency associated with this
     promotion are ineligible to enter.
5.   Entry must be made according to the instructions in the official entry pack. Offer commences
     1/10/2005 and closes 31/07/2006. All responses will be marked for accuracy, originality and
     creativity by Boral Roofing trading as Boral Montoro. Judges’ decision is final and no
     correspondence will be entered into. The winning entry will be decided on 15 August 2006
     and published in The Australian on 19 August 2006.
6.   The prize includes airfares for two, 5 nights’ accommodation in Venice (4 star hotel) and
     entry to the Architecture Biennale 2006, to the value of $12,000. Additional costs are the
     responsibility of the winner. The prize excludes special event loadings and is subject to
     booking and availability and hotel operator terms & conditions. No responsibility is accepted
     for any variation in the content or value of the prize. The winner will be notified by mail.
7.   Prize can be exchanged for cash value of $10,000.
8.   The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not
     limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result
     of taking part in the competition or winning the prize except for any liability which cannot be
     excluded by law.
9.   The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected submissions.
10. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names and
    addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise advised
    by the entrant.
11. The entrant assigns to Boral all existing and future intellectual property rights subsisting in
    any material provided by the entrant to Boral in connection with this competition. The entrant
    warrants that it is the owner of the submitted entry and that the entry does not infringe the
    intellectual property rights of any third party.
12. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s
