Please make checks payable to: Marilyn Andrews, PO Box 1066, Arcata, CA 95518 Total due (exclusive of security/booking deposit) must be received 21 days prior to arrival and the total rent, less out-cleaning, becomes non-refundable if the reservation is canceled on or after that due date. If you cancel after that due date, part or all of your rent may be refunded if the owner can re-book some or all of your rental dates. The $50 out-cleaning and your security/booking deposit will be refunded. If your booking is canceled prior to that due date, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. You will be informed of directions and entry information after payment is complete. There is a $15 charge for keys not returned. CHECK IN TIME 3pm, CHECK OUT TIME 11 am. No pets, no smoking. The term of this agreement may be extended, subleased, or assigned to others only with advance written permission of the owner. Owner reserves the right to change or cancel this reservation should property become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. Security deposit holds unit and will be refunded by mail within 30 days after departure, less any amount to cover any damages of loss beyond normal wear and tear.
