2007 NEW MEXICO PROFESSIONAL SURVEYORS EXHIBIT SPACE RENTAL AGREEMENT
The following is an agreement by and between the New Mexico Professional Surveyors (NMPS) and The Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North. (Exhibitor) NMPS agrees to:
Furnish Exhibitor with booth space (10’ X 10’ each, includes all pipe and drape) in the Exhibit area of the 2007 NMPS conference to be held at the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North , on Friday, February 9th and Saturday, February 10th. Exhibitor will be allowed to “Set Up” their exhibit on the evening prior to the conference. Provide Exhibitor with one (1) table and two (2) chairs for each booth space. Provide two (2) lunch tickets for each day (4 total) of the conference for each booth space.
Exhibitor agrees to:
Provide your own sign. Pay NMPS $450 for each booth space (includes electricity). Keep Exhibit open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday and 7:30 am. To 12:00 pm on Saturday and for the reception on Thursday night from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Confine exhibit to the space provided. Please Note: Exhibitors must be moved out by 1:00 pm. on Saturday. Indemnify NMPS and its representatives against any and all claims due to loss or damages to any person or property in the placing, exhibiting or removal of exhibits. Exhibitor will be responsible for any extraordinary charges related to labor, electricity, backdrops, moving expansions and any damage to the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North . The Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North will not act as a storage facility. All shipping, receiving and inside pick up or delivery of exhibit materials must be coordinated in advance with the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North Security. Set up of exhibits will be allowed on Thursday, February 8th after 2:00 pm. Available space is on a first come first serve basis. To comply with all local Fire Ordinances, It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to remove all packaging materials, crates, cartons, etc. from the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North premises prior to, during and after the initial setup.
