A deposit of $200.00 is required and must be sent in with the signed agreement. It is understood that, if necessary, the applicant may cancel this agreement at any time up to 90 days before the starting date shown above with full refund of deposit. If this agreement is cancelled within 90 days of the starting date, the deposit will not be refunded. The menu and a guaranteed number of guests for each meal served must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the event.
