SPRAYER RENTAL AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into between Great River Graziers, LLC, hereafter referred to as GRG and , here after referred to as Renter. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Renter will pay $
for use of sprayer. ($25.00 per day) 2. All rental fees are due and will be collected when sprayer is returned to Eastman. Sprayer will be returned within 24 hours unless other arrangements are made in advance, a $5.00 an hour late fee for late returns will be applied. 3. Sprayer is rented to renter without warranty or guaranty of any kind. 4. Renters assume responsibility for knowledge and ability to properly and safely operate all rental equipment. 5. Renter is responsible for confirming that sprayer is complete and in good working condition prior to accepting sprayer. 6. Renter will furnish a qualified operator and will perform daily maintenance. 7. Tire repair is renter’s responsibility. 8. Renter’s responsibility includes, but is not limited to, risks while in transit. 9. Renter assumes all risk of injury. 10. Renter assumes responsibility for any and all damage to sprayer or loss of sprayer. As soon as necessary return the sprayer to GRG for evaluation. Upon return of damaged sprayer GRG will make a determination of the extent of the damage and the required repairs. Should GRG determine that the sprayer must be replaced, Renter will be responsible for the cost to replace the same item or the closest comparable equipped model at current retail prices less any discounts available, without deduction for deprecation. 11. Acceptance of sprayer constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions of sprayer rental. 12. Use all personal protective gear recommended on pesticide label. 13. Sprayer must not be allowed to run dry. Extensive damage will result.
