DRILL RENTAL AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into between Great River Graziers, LLC, hereafter referred to as GRG and , here after referred to as Renter. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Renter will pay $
for use of drill. 2. All rental fees are due and will be collected when drill is returned. Drill will be returned within 24 hours unless other arrangements are made in advance. 3. Drill is rented to renter without warranty or guaranty of any kind. 4. Renter assumes responsibility for knowledge and ability to properly and safely operate all rental equipment. 5. Renter is responsible for confirming that drill is complete and in good working condition prior to accepting drill. 6. Renter will furnish a qualified operator and will perform daily maintenance. Including GREASING ALL ZERKS AND OILING ALL CHAINS BEFORE RETURNING DRILL. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee of $10.00. 7. Tire repair is renter’s responsibility. 8. Renter’s responsibility includes, but is not limited to, risks while in transit. 9. Renter assumes all risk of injury. 10. Renter assumes responsibility for any and all damage to drill or loss of drill. As soon as necessary return the drill to GRG for evaluation. Upon return of damaged drill GRG will make a determination of the extent of the damage and the required repairs. Should GRG determine that the drill must be replaced, Renter will be responsible for the cost to replace the same item or the closest comparable equipped model at current retail prices less any discounts available, without deduction for deprecation. 11. Acceptance of drill constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions of drill rental.
