right now Bruce will have to step down as President Nominee and will not be able to
attend lunches right now; but he will be able to help on projects and fund raisers.

will turn around soon.
Approval of Previous Board Meeting Minutes and Secretary Report: Jo Ann Cutler

103-09 Motion by Dave Zielinski, seconded by Lisa Dufresne to approve both the
October 8, 2009 Board Minutes and the October 14, 2009 Special Board
       Minutes.
Discussion and Vote to take place on Wednesday November 19, 2009.

The Attendance Report for October was 60%.
Important Note: Let’s all make an extra effort to make our lunch meetings or do a make up.
You can makeup at another Club Meeting, District Activity, Club Activity, or makeup on
line by going to Rotary eClub One and then choosing a subject to view. Very easy to do. Our
attendance percent is going down instead of up. When you do have a makeup just tell
Mike Cutler when you check in for lunch or let Jo Ann Cutler know at lunch, email or a
phone call. Cannot be any easier than that. We really need every member present at lunch.
We are having great programs each week. Let’s just do it!!

Treasurer’s Report: Lisa Dufresne

104-09 Motion by Dave Zielinski, seconded by Jo Ann Cutler to accept and file the
       Treasurer’s Report.
Discussion and Vote to take place on Wednesday November 18, 2009.

Unfinshed Business
Wendy Fichter announced our new club banners are now in and she will have them at
lunch next week for everyone to see. A big HORRAH went up among those present!
Good work Wendy!

Mike Roy reported that the forehead swipe thermometers would run about $30.00 each
and are out of the question for us to supply the schools with these at this time.

CLUB ADMINISTRATION: Wendy Fichter

Starting next Wednesday we will be meeting at the Canfield Center for our lunch
meetings. We will be paying for 10% of the number that is called in to Sue. Since Sue
will be bringing in our lunch, it is very important for members to respond to Mike
Cutler’s email so there will be an accurate number.

Once a month when we have club assembly we will move our lunch meeting to
someplace special. i.e. Vista Maria.
