To make a reservation, or to obtain a rental application, please contact the UACPA Member Services Team member listed below. Rental Policies
• • • Available for rent Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No evening or weekend use is permitted. May not be reserved more than 90 days in advance or scheduled for regularly, recurring dates The UACPA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The UACPA will post a sign in the Education Center indicating that the program is not sponsored by the UACPA nor does the UACPA endorse, or agree with any product or views made by speakers during the presentation. The UACPA reserves the right to review and approve any promotional material or literature in which it’s name appears, prior to publication. Costs incurred for cleaning or damages will be billed to renter (including spills/stains as a result of food, beverages, markers, or ink, as well as damaged AV equipment). The renter is expected to clean the room of any litter after each use. An additional cleaning fee of $25 will be charged if litter is not removed. Full rental fee and application are due 30 days prior to the function before reservation is confirmed. Functions which cancel less than 7 business days prior to the function will be charged the full rental fee. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received less than two weeks prior. Breach of any portion of this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of the rental agreement.

Education Center Highlights

Rental Rates for Full and Half Day
The primary purpose of the UACPA Education Center is to provide continuing professional education and committee meeting space for UACPA members. However, rental dates are available for outside companies or individuals. As a benefit to UACPA members the room rental fee is offered at a reduced rate.
Rental Rates: • Tier 1 - UACPA Members conducting in-firm or client training, for which registration and/or fee is NOT required. In-firm training is defined as training provided by the organization for employees of the organization. 30-day advance reservation only. • Tier 2 - UACPA Members conducting training for which registration and/or fee IS required or in-firm training as described under Tier 1 for which a reservation more than 30 days in advance is requested. 90 day advance reservation allowed. • Tier 3 - Non-members. 30 day advance reservation only.

Additional Information/Fees
Companies or individuals renting the Education Center are permitted to bring supplies and food items which may be required for the function. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any costs incurred for the cleaning of food or beverage spills. Additional consumable item rates are listed below and will be billed to renter on a per use basis.

MARKERS

Available for rent Monday through Friday from the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Centrally located at 220 East Morris Avenue, (2430 South), Suite 320, Salt Lake City, Utah. Accommodates up to 60 participants in classroom style seating within 1,275 square feet of space. Equipped with high-speed Internet access and phone lines. Rental option available including audio visual equipment: white boards, overhead projector, screen, slide projector, flip chart stand, TV monitor, VCR, and microphone/ speaker system. (LCD projector not available). Refreshments and snacks are available on premises for an additional fee. Mid-back lumbar support chairs and tables which accommodate computer cables and electrical cords.
