    A to Z Li quitrophic, B Liquitrophic (am only)
          Eliminate white sugar, honey, sweet-n-lo,
 aspartame, splenda, etc. Use only Stevia. (sugar
can cause the brain to be to hyperactive and keep
                                          you awake)
       Trace minerals about 30 drops in 3 of your
                           glasses of water each day
       Liss Stimulator applied to temporal area or
 alpha stem before 11am each day for 30 minutes
         Hemi-sync music (Dreamer’s Journey) 20
                                        minutes daily
       Relax mate glasses at least 20 minutes a day
    stimulates the pineal gland to make melatonin
  Lymph deep breathing exercise to stimulate the
                                 cranial sacral pump
     Magnesium lotion applied to low back or legs
        twice a day (also decreases sugar cravings)
Eat foods high in tryptophan like turkey, organic
                                 yogurt, organic milk
      1/4th tsp. baking soda in water 3 times a day
