Evergreen After Prom needs your help
The Evergreen After–Prom Committee is made up of EHS Junior class parents. Our goal is to raise funds to organize a fun safe evening filled with activities, food, games, prizes and entertainment in a drug and alcohol free environment for all the junior and senior class members at no cost regardless if they attend the prom. These events will be held after the prom on May 3, 2008. We are asking all junior class parents for a donation of $25 toward these events. Please make your checks payable to: Evergreen After Prom 2008 and send to Jill Halpinafter prom coordinator at 6750 County Road M, Delta, Ohio 43515 or you can send your payment with your child to the high school office and it will be directed to the committee. Parents are also needed to attend meetings, the meetings are held the second Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the high school cafeteria and our next meeting is Monday, February 11th. We are working on fund-raises for January & February. In the planning is a Chili dinner before the February 9th boys & girl’s basketball game, Pancake breakfast, February 17th at Holy Trinity and a prom dress sale is still in the planning stage. Donation letters have been sent to businesses, if you own a business or work for someone who would like to donate please contact Lynda Arquette at 419-9230053 or at evg_aca_la@nwoac.org or contact the EHS office at 419-644-2951 and a committee member will contact you. Thank you to the parents & businesses who have already made donations. These events would not be possible without your support. We still have a way to go to reach our goal.
