              Catering at your choice of Venue
Overview                        Each event we cater is created "Especially For You!"
                    Please use these menus as a guide. We are very flexible, and will be happy to
                    discuss any ideas that will fit your theme, budget and requirements.
                    Since so many details can affect the cost of your catered event, We will be happy to make a
                    "Per-Person" quote once we know what you are interested in having us do.
                    Once you have reviewed our information and offerings, Please feel free to call or email us




SERVICE Choices   1 Self-Service. No wait staff servers are provided. Everything is Guest "Self-Serve" and
                    clean up. Food Buffet and Beverage station(s) are maintained by the kitchen staff.
                    A five percent (5%) Gratuity is added to the Food portion of your invoice.
                    A delivery charge may apply depending on the travel distance.

                  2 Light-Service. Wait staff servers are provided at a rate of one for every 50 persons.
                    High quality disposables are used for all food and beverage.
                    A Twelve percent (12%) Gratuity is added to the Food portion of your invoice.
                    A delivery charge may apply depending on the travel distance.

                  3 Full Service Events (or) Plated Dinners: Servers are provided at a rate of 1 for every
                    25 persons. Events wishing to have China, Glass, Silverware and linen Napkins must
                    select this type service to assure appropriate handling of such.
                    An Eighteen percent (18%) Gratuity will be added to the Food portion of your invoice
                    A delivery charge may apply depending on the travel distance.

Bar Service           We have our own portable bars for Alcoholic catered Events.
                      Common cocktails, Wine, bottled & draft beer options are all available.
                      We must have a minimum of 10 business days notice to obtain State and local catering
                      permits, which generally total $30 per event.
                    Prices are quoted on a "Case-by-Case" bases since many things affect this service.
Linen & China             Linen will be provided for all tables used for food and beverage. Should you need
                          linen for other tables at your event, they can be provided for an additional charge.
                          We use skirting on Buffet tables as necessary, More skirting is available for rental.
                          We use high quality Chinette paper plates, plastic cutlery and Napkins on all Catered
                          Events                         Linen table cloth rentals are as follows:
                          Table Cloths (either size) = $3 per table
                          Skirting, each 8' banquet table, or 90" round table = $12
                          China, Glassware, Silverware and linen Napkin service is an additional $1 per person

Person Guarantee          We need to know 72 hours prior to your event, the person "Guarantee" count you want us
                          to prepare for. We will prepare for 5% more then this number, just in case you do have a
                          few more show up. If you have less show up than your "Guarantee" count, we will still
                          charge you for your "Guarantee" number. It is your responsibility to contact us regarding
                          your "Guarantee" count; otherwise, the Persons Estimated on the Banquet work order will
                          be considered your "Guarantee" number for us to prepare for.
                          Unless other arrangements are made, we usually keep a buffet open for 30 minutes after
                          everyone has been through the 1st time. We will check with you prior to closing and
                          cleaning up the buffet.

Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Policy
                     Food & Beverage total estimate, based upon your anticipated person attendance will
          require a Thirty percent (30%) payment of the estimated Invoice to make your event a definitive booking.
                           An additional Thirty percent (30%) is needed 2 weeks prior to your event.
     The remaining balance of the Invoice is due in full at the conclusion of your event. Business and Personal Checks
      are welcomed. We also accept all major Credit Cards. Corporate and Professional "In-House" accounts are also
                                                   available with prior approval.
       A written request, either by US Mail, or E-Mail, to terminate the Catering Contract must be received at least 90
        days prior to the event for a full refund. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be given between 89 to 31 days, and
                                       No refunds will be issued under the 30 day period.
