MEETING ROOM SET UP

CLASSROOM STYLE: Most desirable for informational type presentations.

THEATRE STYLE: Appropriate for short lecture or larger groups that do not require extensive note-taking. This set
up maximizes meeting room space utilization.

U-SHAPE: Works well with small groups that require conversations between presenter and audience as well
as between participants. Provides a more intimate feel. This set up does require more space than other set-ups.

HOLLOW SQUARE: Popular configuration for board meetings and small “brainstorming” sessions. They provide
plenty of workspace for each person and good communication/visual lines for each participant. Recommend that the size
of the group is 24 people or less.

BANQUET STYLE: Used for meals and small group discussions.

CONFERENCE STYLE: Suggested for small discussions.
