                                       inexpensive way to promote yourself to a “kept audience.”

                                      Corkage fees have been waived. The only additional fees are those associated with the health department
                                       for food service and any fees associated with alcoholic beverage sales. Detailed information provided in
                                       exhibitor information kit, one month prior to festival date.
                                      Distribution of sample-sized product will be allowed and encouraged.
                                      Food sales and order taking can be accomplished from your booth.
                                      Exhibitors can carry in most of their product while Freeman Decorating will provide advance order
                                       discounts on refrigeration, electricity, shipping, furnishings and other necessities.
                                      We’ve negotiated a discount for hotel rooms on a space available basis (Contact the Reno Hilton at 800-
                                       648-5080 and request festival rate of $79). This rate will sell out.

Who Attends:                 Predominantly consumers from various Northern California and Nevada regions (expecting 3,000 – 5,000) as well
                             visiting tourists from over 29 states, and industry buyers provided with special invitation/badge (area restaurants,
                             retailers, sommeliers).

Why They Attend:             To sample and purchase new products and services; to learn about different wines, micro brews, food pairings; to
                             view and purchase work from local artists; and to support local charities.

Behind The Scenes:           This will be the fifth year of one of Reno’s signature events. With our sponsor/partnership commitments and the
                             support of the community and various media connections, this will be the show to watch, participate in and grow
                             together with.

                             Promotion includes advertising in various travel publication including Southwest Airlines and America West
                             Airlines and AAA’s VIA (January and March), radio (both local and nation wide beginning in April), various
                             newspapers and magazines including the Reno Gazette Journal, The Sacramento Bee, San Francisco Chronicle,
                             News and Review via articles and ads with discounted coupons. The festival will be featured on calendars in
                             various food and beverage magazines and internet sites and promoted through direct mail, email and fax

                             Proceeds will be donated to organizations and families directly effected by the recent hurricanes in the Gulf of
                             Mexico. We are not associated with any one association, or corporation. Instead we put all funds back into our
                             promotional budget and promote, on behalf of all our vendors/exhibitors.

       Fully paid vendors will receive up to four access passes/badges. These passes are for working staff/vendor
        personnel/volunteers/wine pourers ONLY. If you wish to purchase a number of passes for clients, potential clients or friends, we
        PURCHASED PRIOR TO MAY 1, or cost is at “PREVAILING RATE” Information regarding pricing for friends, family & clients
        will be mailed to confirmed vendors in APRIL.

       Moving in/out boxes or product while the public is wandering about is not acceptable for liability purposes. Consider this and stock
        your booth accordingly.

       Culinary demonstrations and visits from celebrity chefs will be ongoing and take place during festival hours on Friday and Saturday.
        If you have any interest in sponsoring, speaking, providing culinary demonstrations or donating food or wine for these events – let
        us know in advance – so we can promote you appropriately!

       The Reno/Tahoe Wine & Food Festival will feature wine education programs from event stages. You are welcome to attend these;
        however, you’ll need to staff your booth/table during much of this time. Additional information will arrive one month prior to show

       Pair yourselves accordingly! Wineries and restaurants are encouraged to pair up, and we’ll provide additional space if required! No
        better way to promote your selves than creating a pairing and either providing tastes on a complimentary basis, or for a $5 plate
        charge- to the public. The choice is yours – Pair up early, and we may be able to provide you with a little extra space to promote!

We all know that simply setting up a booth or table isn’t always enough. While “doing shows” it always helps to get the biggest
 bang for the advertising investment buck … and why not? You’ve taken time to attend, absorbed additional staffing and travel
